• A non-refundable deposit is required to secure all bookings
• 48 hours’ notice is required for cancellations or changes.
Late cancellations or no-shows will lose the deposit
• Late arrivals: over 10 minutes late may result in cancellation
• Anti-wrinkle top-ups: £30 within 14 days of treatment. £40 after 14 days
• You must be 18+ for aesthetic treatments (ID may be required)
